YE-PA Yemek is a contract catering company producing meals in bulk in Uşak Textile OSB. The company was founded in August 2025, but it stands on 30 years of kitchen experience: our founders ran their own business for 20 years and worked as managers at various companies for another 10. We are a family with roots in tourism, with three cooks among us. That is why we never outsource production: every meal is prepared in our own kitchen, by us.

Today we serve about 600 people a day at 14 factories in Uşak and Gediz, and our kitchen can produce meals for up to 10,000 people a day. Our team includes a dietitian, cooks, drivers and service staff. Our −18 °C and +4 °C cold rooms, deli storage and rapid chilling rooms keep ingredients under the right conditions.

We use first-class ingredients and apply hygiene rules without compromise. Our kitchen earned its ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 10002 and HACCP certificates by demonstrating its competence.
