• Quote form: full name, company name, phone, email (optional), daily headcount, service type, meals, delivery address, your message and the time you confirmed having read this notice.
• IP address: recorded together with your request when you submit the quote form.
• Session record: when you visit the site, a session cookie is set and a short-lived session record containing your IP address and browser information is kept on the server; it expires with the session (120 minutes).
• Submission limit: to prevent excessive submissions from one IP address, a counter tied to the IP address is kept for at most one hour.

• To evaluate your quote request and contact you.
• To prevent misuse and automated submissions of the form and to keep the site secure.
• To provide the session and security cookies the site needs to work.

Quote form data is processed to carry out steps toward a possible contract with you at your request. IP address and session data are processed under our legitimate interest in keeping the form secure and preventing misuse.

Your data is processed through the hosting service where the website is hosted and the email infrastructure through which requests reach us; these providers may access data to the extent needed to provide their service. Your data is not shared with third parties for advertising or analytics.

The map on the contact page loads only when you click “Show map”; your browser then connects to the OpenStreetMap server and connection details such as your IP address are sent to that service.

• The IP address stored with your request is deleted automatically after 180 days; the other details of the request are kept beyond that period.
• Quote request details are kept for as long as needed to evaluate the request and for the related commercial relationship.

Under Article 11 of the Law you may apply to the data controller to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed,
• request information if it has been processed,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
• request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• request deletion or destruction within the conditions set by the Law,
• request that such actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
• claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
